Key Responsibilities
  • Process Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Product Advice: Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of trade quality tools and equipment.
  • Support Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Store Displays: Ensure store displays are well-presented, tidy, and accurately reflect our product range.
  • Process Customer Orders: Accurately process and maintain customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail and/or Trade Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience in a retail or trade environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Trade Knowledge: A passion for tools and trade, with a strong understanding of our product range.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in using technology, including computer literacy and point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability: Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with a flexible roster.
