About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Direct Sales Team in Sydney. This role provides critical support for our Sales Team and is essential for the overall success of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, thrive on deadlines, enjoy a busy work environment, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and sales support to our Sales Team.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, national solutions briefs, and responses for Account Managers and Sales Managers.
  • Create, generate, and maintain all forms of sales data.
  • Develop a high level of skill in strategic sales data platforms.
  • Assist sales staff in generating survey data, graphs, audience information, and statistics.
  • Ensure client materials (commercials) are ready to air for campaigns daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Arrange, implement, and project manage sales functions and events internally and externally.
  • Deliver exceptional client service at all times and provide relief coverage on Reception as required.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Year 12 or equivalent schooling.
  • Preferred: University Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Administration or Sales Support roles is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • High standard of quality in written material and presentations.
  • Self-motivated and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
