Job Description
  • We are seeking a Business Development Administrator to provide administrative support to our casual mall leasing team. This role will be key in managing sales materials, coordinating media production, and supporting debt reconciliation and compliance.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining various sales materials, developing sales proposals, and ensuring quick response times and streamlined processes.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing media production and installation, coordinating brand activations, providing coverage for Business Development Executives during periods of leave or unavailability, and assisting with post-campaign reporting.
  • You will also monitor and manage debt reconciliations, provide administrative support, report, and resolve payment-related issues.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a background in administration, preferably in property, sales support, or account management. You'll have strong attention to detail, be able to identify key priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver initiatives within set timeframes.

You should be an independent thinker who can take the initiative and look for ways to continually improve processes. Exceptional communication skills, sound Office computing skills, and the ability to present to stakeholders are essential.

A Competitive Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
