We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to provide administrative support and assistance to the Business Development team involved in casual mall leasing. This role will be key in managing the creation of sales materials, coordinating media production and installations and supporting the team with debt reconciliation and compliance.

The Role

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role that will suit an administration generalist, with strong problem-solving skills and who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Business Development Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining a variety of sales materials, both online and offline, as well as assisting in developing sales proposals.
  • Overseeing the media production and installation process, including obtaining quotes, managing artwork, securing approvals and handling purchase orders.
  • Coordinating major brand activations, including design, display, photography, risk management, site access forms and bespoke bump-in packs.
  • Providing coverage for Business Development Executives during periods of leave or unavailability, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in administration focused roles, within property, sales support or account management areas.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to take the initiative.
  • The ability to identify key priorities, manage multiple tasks and deliver initiatives within set timeframes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to stakeholders.
