Business Development Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Development Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and assistance to the Business Development team involved in casual mall leasing.

The Role- Create and maintain sales materials, both online and offline, and assist in developing sales proposals to ensure quick response times and streamlined processes.
- Oversee media production and installation, including obtaining quotes, managing artwork, securing approvals, and handling purchase orders.
- Coordinate major brand activations, encompassing design, display, photography, risk management, site access forms, and bespoke bump-in packs.
- Provide coverage for Business Development Executives during periods of leave or unavailability, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of operations.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting for major campaigns, including digital media reporting and other ad-hoc reports as required.
- Monitor and manage debt reconciliations, providing administrative support, reporting, and resolving payment-related issues.
- A background in administration, preferably within property, sales support, or account management areas.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to identify key priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and sound Office computing skills.
- Able to present to stakeholders and build effective working relationships.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
