
Antarctic Documentation Specialist

The Australian Antarctic Division is seeking a professional to manage its integrated document management system. This role requires the coordination of documentation processes, including organisation, storage, and distribution of controlled documents across various teams.
This position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing document control policies, standards, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS), including Aconex and InEight Document TeamBinder. They will also be familiar with record management systems such as SharePoint and Content Manager.
Responsibilities include managing document lifecycles, providing training to staff on document management systems, and generating reports on document status and compliance metrics.
The selected individual will work closely with the Director Infrastructure Delivery to support infrastructure delivery projects and on-station activities. They will contribute to the development of project document management processes and configure and maintain EDMS systems.
