Project Coordinator Role Overview

The Project Control and Governance Coordinator position is a key element of our organization's infrastructure development efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising on major Antarctic infrastructure projects, reporting frameworks, project governance and controls, and government approvals.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting project delivery, preferably in the infrastructure and construction industry. They will be skilled in complex project governance models, including Design & Construction, Alliances, Public, Private Partnership or similar.

  • Project control processes, risk and issue mitigation and management
  • Awareness of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, Public Works Committee and Environmental processes
Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on major Antarctic infrastructure projects, reporting frameworks, project governance and controls, and government approvals
  • Working with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Supporting project delivery, preferably in the infrastructure and construction industry
  • Maintaining knowledge of complex project governance models, including Design & Construction, Alliances, Public, Private Partnership or similar
