Business Development Manager, Aesthetics Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the professional profile and credibility of our company, ensuring the delivery of our brand portfolio and key selling messages to medical aesthetic practitioners and the cosmetic medicine industry.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed national, state, and territory sales targets for the aesthetic portfolio, covering Restylane (Filler), Dysport (Toxin), and Sculptra (PLLA).
- Plan and Execute Sales Activities: Develop and implement daily sales strategies, including appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals and cosmetic clinic staff.
- Communicate Effectively: Exceed call frequency targets, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders and recording all customer engagements in the CRM system promptly.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory and existing businesses, fostering the expansion of the Galderma aesthetic portfolio.
- Conduct Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews, showcasing Galderma's value proposition and incorporating clinical nurse specialists and trainers where applicable.
- Implement Tactical Initiatives: Develop and implement tactical initiatives to capitalize on growth opportunities and establish relationships with key business contacts and opinion leaders within the region.
- Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular written and verbal reports on territory activities and trends.
- Conduct Clinical Exploration Programs: Conduct clinical exploration programs to enhance clinical support to customers.
- Contribute to National Strategy: Contribute to national business strategy planning by offering valuable insights on business and competitor information, including customer segmentation data.
- Represent Galderma: Represent Galderma at various national and international congresses as required.
- Education: Business or science degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, with a background in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic medicine, or medical device industry advantageous.
- Skills: Proven track record of achievement in previous sales roles, professional resilience, excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy.
- Attitude: Positive and energetic attitude, capable of independent decision-making within company policy.
