  • Identify, investigate, and diagnose issues.
  • Provide resolution to customers based on in-scope processes.
  • Follow the incident life cycle as defined by process.
  • Achieve client and Accenture-defined targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for resolving customer issues.
