Service Desk Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Telstra Health. As a key member of our deployment and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients in the aged care industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing phone, email, and remote support for clients with Level 1 support and general product queries
- Logging calls and liaising with other Telstra Health team members to resolve issues
- Managing incidents and requests in our call management system
- Following up on escalated cases and communicating case status and progress to clients
- Troubleshooting Level 1 Support issues and engaging in regular meetings with clients
- Producing documentation for client instruction and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant field
- Experience in a customer service role or call centre environment
- Pragmatic and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with case management systems and technology environments
