
Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to manage a wide-ranging caseload of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on property-related disputes including boundary issues, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant matters, and possession claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload Management: Manage and progress a variety of cases, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and best practices.
- Client Advising: Advise and represent clients on contentious property issues, providing strategic advice and regular updates.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Research and Development: Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting property litigation.
- Court Preparation: Prepare cases for court hearings, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution; attend court as required.
