Senior Property Litigation Specialist

The role requires a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to manage a wide-ranging caseload of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on property-related disputes.
- Advise and represent clients in contentious property issues, including boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant matters, and possession claims.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and clarity, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and best practices.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting property litigation.
- Prepare cases for court hearings, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution; attend court as required to represent clients or instruct counsel.
- Liaise with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case, providing strategic advice and regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Exceptional working knowledge of civil procedure and property-related legal principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in using case management systems and IT software.
