We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to deliver high-quality mental health services to older adults in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical support and guidance to multidisciplinary teams in managing complex mental health cases.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care guidelines and quality improvement initiatives to enhance consumer outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals with complex needs, including carer education and collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Proven experience in clinical nursing practice, particularly in mental health settings.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and awards, including the Mental Health Act and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Award.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution techniques.
