Job Description:

The Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of customers from Consolidated Proposal acceptance to Commencement of Construction.

You will establish clear expectations with customers, set realistic timelines, and meet with them face-to-face to complete comprehensive plan presentations and other required meetings across Hobart and Launceston offices (travel may be required).

To provide exceptional customer service, you will contact customers weekly via phone call to provide progress updates on their build, identify potential issues proactively, and work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and adopting dispute resolution techniques where necessary. You will also identify win-win outcomes for both the customer and the business, ultimately providing a positive build journey.
