  • Job Description:

The position of Regional Leader involves leading and creating strong client engagement and experience, realizing business opportunities, providing technical leadership, overseeing and participating in multi-disciplinary projects, bids, and pursuits, and managing/mentoring team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Sustaining and growing the North West NSW market through proactive client engagement and active presence in the local market.

• Lead and deliver small, medium, and large multidisciplinary projects leveraging broader network.

• Within a matrix reporting structure, supporting a small locally based team of multidisciplinary professionals and building the size and capability of the team to support regional expansion and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Requirements:

• Ability to proactively work with and manage clients to win and deliver work.

• Must be comfortable with being the face of the organization in a regional setting.

• Ability to lead client management and winning work activities.

• Experience leading projects or teams with proven technical leadership, particularly in mentoring and developing teams.

• The ability to learn through experimentation and experience, seeking ways to grow and to be challenged by new and novel conditions.
