Overview of the role:

The Service Administration position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to work on and manage a variety of tasks proficiently.

This includes scheduling work for clients and service technicians, preparing invoicing, supporting with timesheets, internal and external jobs, reporting on HSE issues, arranging purchase orders from suppliers, site inductions and accommodation requests, arranging medicals and site inductions, delivery dockets, assisting with accounts payable, arranging insurances, and assisting HR as the branch coordinator.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling work for clients and service technicians
  • Preparing invoicing
  • Supporting with timesheets
  • Internal and external jobs
  • Reporting on HSE issues
  • Arranging purchase orders from suppliers
  • Site inductions and accommodation requests
  • Arranging medicals and site inductions
  • Delivery dockets
  • Assisting with accounts payable
  • Arranging insurances
  • Assisting HR as the branch coordinator

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be confident and capable in all aspects of administration, with excellent coordination skills, results-driven, and strong leadership qualities.

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of the SAP system or another ERP system.
