Portfolio Management

A skilled professional with experience in fundraising, sales or customer engagement is required to manage and grow a portfolio of major donors giving $10,000+ annually.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Qualify, manage and grow a portfolio of major supporters across NSW, VIC, ACT, and TAS by applying strategic engagement to deepen relationships and increase giving over time.
  2. Develop tailored goals and communication plans for each donor, aligned with their interests and giving capacity.
  3. Proactively engage new philanthropic prospects and referral networks to grow the donor base.
  4. Collaborate with program and fundraising teams to craft impactful donor pitches and project proposals that drive meaningful outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and self-directed, with strong organisational and time management skills.
