Job Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service that meets or exceeds contractual requirements.

This involves being the single point of contact for customers, aligning their expectations with our service levels, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring governance across all areas of a service, including service management, incident and change management, and continual service improvement.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and quality service delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy and service value.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of technical infrastructure projects and related technology dependencies.
  • Developing and implementing contracts, commercial, and financial concepts.
