We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to prioritise and stick to deadlines, passionate about providing the best level of service to customers and leading a great team.

The role involves maintaining and increasing sales and customer services, handling customer complaints and enquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. You will lead by example and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Main duties include:

  • On-going training, development, and coaching of the team
  • Monitoring individual and team performance to build customer service capability
  • Developing and supporting a positive team culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer queries
  • Managing customer escalations and liaising with internal departments
  • Reporting on daily activity and results
  • Providing administrative and account support

Previous experience with customer service in a leadership role is essential, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
