Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our treatment room team in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Treatment Room Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of services within the treatment room and assisting Health Care Professionals with various clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the provision of high-quality patient care in the treatment room
  • Conduct clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs, including pathology collection, vaccinations, and wound dressings
  • Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures
  • Built strong relationships with patients to create ease prior to procedures or treatments
  • Support the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management
  • Liaise with the PM and treatment room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed

About You:

  • You will be a Registered Nurse with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting
  • Previous experience leading a successful team will be highly regarded, though we will support you with further development if required
  • You will be passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community
  • You will play a key role in our medical centre team and evolving business, with the initiative to make decisions and work independently when required
  • You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues both in person and via clinical communication systems
