Job Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to lead and implement innovation projects that align with our Transforming Your Experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current services to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop new virtual clinical pathways and manage change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, consumers, senior leaders, and external partners to align district services with community needs.
  • Focus on developing and implementing remote patient monitoring services across the district.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in health management or relevant experience in a health-related field.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of performance targets within tight timeframes.
  • Experience in negotiation and engagement with stakeholders at all levels through a collaborative approach.
  • Understanding of quality frameworks, client-centred clinical service delivery, best practice applications, and models of integrated care.
  • Australian driver's license (C-Class) is preferred.
