Property Portfolio Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

The successful candidate will have industry experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their current and future needs.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Oversee capital works, prepare comprehensive financial plans, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, lease obligations, and all relevant legislation
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance value for both new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the broader team to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Industry experience and hold (or be able to obtain) a Property Representative Licence
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational ability, time management, and attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support property performance
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to adapt to emerging technologies
