About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

Your industry expertise and ability to build strong relationships with clients will ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Capital Works: Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with building regulations and lease obligations.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
  • Value Addition: Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the property industry and hold (or can obtain) a Property Representative Licence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance.
  • Driver's License: A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology and forward thinking.
