As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients. This role requires strong relationship building and an understanding of current and future client needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in the Property Industry, a Property Representative Licence, and excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

A key aspect of this role is managing a portfolio of properties professionally, providing expert advice to clients, identifying opportunities for new and existing clients, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring timely reporting to clients.

Additionally, regular property inspections are required to maintain high presentation standards, as well as interpreting and assisting with commercial leases.
