Commercial Portfolio Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have industry expertise and excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Manage a range of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee capital works, prepare financial plans, and deliver timely reporting to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and lease agreements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

About You:

  • Experience in the property industry and possession of a relevant licence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
  • A customer-centric approach and a proactive mindset.
  • Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance.
  • A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology.
