ERP Sustainment Business Governance SpecialistAbout the Role

The Department of Defence seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead ERP sustainment business governance activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Coordination: Provide expert support to ICT business governance activities, encompassing business planning, risk management, service management, business continuity, audit and compliance reporting.
  • Finance and Contract Management: Coordinate and support finance and contract management initiatives.
  • Information, Asset and Record Management: Oversee information, asset and record management processes.
  • Communications Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute communications strategies, including maintenance of intranet and collaboration site information.
  • Support to Governance Forums and Reporting: Provide assistance to ERP Support governance forums and reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop and enhance ERP Sustainment Business Governance processes.
  • Executive Support: Offer support to ERP Sustainment Executives, including coordination and management of Branch tasking, correspondence and other duties as required.

This role will also contribute to maintaining Resource Management, day-to-day administration operations, Operational Budget, Asset management, Training and Event planning for branch-wide activities. A strong understanding of these practices is highly desirable.

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can work autonomously when needed but also be a strong team player. The core requirement is the ability to work independently to achieve effective and efficient delivery of business outcomes.
