Job Title: Cloud ERP Migration Specialist

The role of a Solution Architect for SAP SuccessFactors is crucial in guiding ERP migrations to the cloud. As part of the Centre of Excellence for Federal Australian Agencies, this position will play a key role in supporting customers through their digital transformation journey.

About the Role:
  • This role requires an expert who can guide ERP migrations to the cloud, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors as the solution platform.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing functional solution architectures, determining solution landscapes, and integrating functions among SAP and SuccessFactors areas.
  • Consulting on application-specific solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and solution reviews.
  • Supporting escalated projects and pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
  • More than six years of consulting experience including solution architecture covering SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work with process leads in a collaborative manner.
Education and Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Formal SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
