The Opportunity

We are seeking ERP and business process professionals to join a large Defence transformation program. This team is delivering critical work to prepare for ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA, supporting business readiness, role mapping, engagement across Defence groups, and optimising processes.

This is a multi-year, high-profile program offering the chance to work alongside experts in ICT transformation, change, and SAP solution delivery.

Roles Available

  • Senior Business Analyst – ERP (SAP S/4HANA) (SFIA 6)

    Lead requirements analysis, ensure Defence processes align to ERP modules, and support ERP readiness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Business Analyst – ERP (Role Mapping & Engagement) (SFIA 6)

    Analyse ERP role mapping, support ERP readiness, document processes, and ensure effective Defence-wide engagement.
  • Business Engagement Manager – ERP Transition (SFIA 6)

    Lead business engagement across ERP transition, ensuring Defence groups are informed, engaged, and ERP-ready.
  • SAP Functional Consultant (SFIA 6)

    Provide SAP module expertise, configure solutions, and embed Defence-specific processes into ERP delivery.
  • Business Process Analyst – Lead (SFIA 6)

    Lead ERP business process mapping, develop workflows (Holocentric, ARIS), and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Business Process Analysts (x2, SFIA 5)

    Support process mapping for ERP readiness, develop ERP-aligned workflows, and contribute recommendations for process optimisation.

To be successful, you will need

  • Strong ERP / SAP S/4HANA and business analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale ICT transformation programs (Defence highly desirable).
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, document processes, and deliver governance-ready artefacts.
  • Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
