Job Title

Project Officer: A Key Role in the Government's APS ERP Approach

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a vital component of the Government's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy. As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving cross-government policy and governance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality project support to the PMO team
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation in line with industry best practice
  • Preparing and maintaining project status reports
  • Drafting communications and undertaking desktop research as required

As a member of the PMO team, you will contribute to delivering the Government's APS ERP Approach by:

Main Activities
  1. Collaborating with entities from across the Commonwealth to increase awareness of and build capability of entities' ERP capabilities using technology solutions that meet their needs
  2. Supporting smaller non-corporate Commonwealth entities to assess ERP uplift requirements and choose solutions that best meet entity needs
  3. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
