Cloud ERP Transformation Specialist

The role of a Cloud ERP Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal part in guiding federal agencies through their migration to cloud-based enterprise resource planning solutions. This 18-month transformation program has the potential to transition into broader customer success and delivery areas, driving business growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine the solution landscape and functional integration among SAP and SuccessFactors areas through expert consulting services.
  • Provide on-demand consulting for application-specific solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business case creation, process walkthroughs, solution implementation, test case creation, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live support.
  • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation.
  • Support escalated projects with technical expertise and project management skills.
  • Collaborate with sales and services teams to build business cases and qualify business drivers, estimate rough orders of magnitude, and assess customer readiness for cloud adoption.
  • Engage early in SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and provide instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy, and post-go-live support strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables, coordinate with module leads, and provide best practices and guidance on cross-module processes and data integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than six (6+) years of consulting experience, including solution architecture covering SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work with process leads in a collaborative manner.
  • Experience with at least three (3) full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions.
  • Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology and MS Project.
