**Your Role in Our Story**

We're seeking an exceptional Data Leader to join our Retail team. As a key leader, you'll drive business growth by leveraging data insights to inform product development, commercialization, and partnerships.

**What You'll Do**

  • Define and implement analytical approaches underpinning retail performance and development.
  • Develop and support solutions that deliver end-to-end data products, guiding complex solutions through their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver decision-support and data commercialization initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Break down medium-term plans into actionable quarterly objectives (OKRs) for smaller teams.
  • Share expertise to grow and deliver as a key leader within the Data function, partnering with Retail to capitalize on opportunities.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that align with our company values.
  • Expertise in advancing analytical solutions, including machine learning, product development, digital analytics, and cross-site performance optimization.
  • Strong quantitative methods and/or econometric/statistical skills.
  • Collaborative communication skills to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.
  • Ability to manage trade-offs between business stakeholder needs and technical objectives.
