About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and engage customers across multiple retail channels. As a Digital Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing digital marketing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Analyse marketing data and optimize campaigns for improved performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, SEO, CRM, and PR
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
