About This Role- We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our retail department as a leader focused on excellence.
This role involves overseeing daily operations effectively, achieving sales targets and KPIs for your department, cultivating a high-performing team, and leading by example. You will efficiently manage stock levels and ensure merchandising meets business standards. Additionally, you will support recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
As a successful candidate, you should possess essential retail management experience, preferably in high-volume or big-box stock management. Demonstrated leadership with an owner's mindset is essential, along with a passion for inspiring teams to exceed goals. Experience in development and performance planning, strong problem-solving skills, innovative time management, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in computer skills are also required.
