Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic OT Transformation Leader to serve as a pivotal position focused on modernizing and managing the Operational Technology (OT) environment. This visionary leader will be responsible for bridging the gap between legacy systems and emerging technologies, driving cultural and digital change, and positioning OT as a key enabler of enterprise innovation, resilience, and performance.

This is a critical role in our organization, requiring a strong understanding of industrial systems, including SCADA, DCS, and IIoT. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading large-scale transformations and delivering complex OT programs on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as experience influencing executive decision-making. They will be responsible for embedding a 'security-by-design' approach and ensuring alignment with the organization's overall risk posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale transformations of legacy OT environments into modern, digitally integrated ecosystems.
  • Develop and implement strategic OT plans that integrate with smart infrastructure, digital twins, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
  • Champion a security-first, resilient OT architecture and ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk posture.
  • Influence and engage executive leadership to shape enterprise priorities and secure cross-functional alignment across IT, operations, and engineering.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of six years of experience leading OT within a large enterprise.
  • Professional certifications related to OT, cybersecurity, or architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP) are required.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing CEOs, Boards, and other executive leaders, with a proven ability to shape organizational strategy.
  • Mastery of complex industrial systems (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) and their application in large-scale, high-risk operations.
