About the Role

This pivotal position involves designing and delivering an Integrated Gas operating model that translates strategic intent into execution. You will be responsible for aligning people, capabilities, processes, and structures to drive sustained value.

  • Owning and driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IG Operating Model.
  • Accountable for delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and capability within IG.
  • Managing transformation budgets and delivering cost efficiencies through operating model optimisation, process excellence, and digital enablement.
  • Leading enterprise process governance, accountable for alignment, compliance, and consistent execution across IG.

You will lead a high-performing transformation team, accountable for capability uplift across 1,000+ IG employees, embedding new ways of working and developing leaders of leaders. You will champion and own continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring adoption of new practices, technologies, and ways of working that enhance IG's competitiveness.
