Job Overview:

This role involves leading the OT Systems team, ensuring the development of high-standard systems that meet strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Authority: Develop and implement OT systems aligned with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Team Management: Plan, deploy, and oversee a geographically dispersed team to optimize resource allocation and drive delivery excellence across multiple locations.
  • Leadership: Balance competing priorities, manage resources, and foster a collaborative culture to ensure seamless integration readiness and operational handover.
  • Design Development: Lead the development, review, and approval of conceptual and preliminary system designs that align with strategic and compliance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within complex environments.
  • Expertise in engineering management and system operations across gas processing, power generation, renewables, and electricity transmission assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of OT systems, architecture, site communications networks, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AEMO gas and power market systems, including dispatch and planning processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative culture.
