Job Opportunity:

A high-performing procurement and contracting leader is required to drive strategic transformation and deliver long-term impact.


  • Design and execute a centre-led procurement and contracting model that achieves compliance, efficiency, and exceptional value-for-money.
  • Provide expertise in complex procurement, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Align procurement with organisational goals, sustainability commitments, and Catholic Social Teaching values.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team with a strong commercial mindset and service excellence culture.
  • Engage suppliers and ensure third-party contracting compliance, embedding probity, transparency, and strong governance.

About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Membership with CIPS, CPP, or an equivalent recognised procurement body.
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement risk, and vendor assurance.
  • Digital capability with ERP/procurement platforms and analytics tools.
  • Success leading multidisciplinary teams and building organisational capability.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to ethical procurement, sustainability, and social responsibility.
