
Part Time Customer Service Advocate Opportunities

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to provide high-quality support across a wide range of enquiries. The successful candidate will offer expert guidance and accurate information to ensure customers are well-informed and supported throughout their development journey.
">- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries via phone, email, face-to-face, and our Pulse system.
- Handle a diverse mix of queries, including connection and development enquiries, asset and property sewerage plan information, Dial Before You Dig requests, tapping bookings and meter installation enquiries, service connection queries for potable water, recycled water, and sewerage, and sewer backlog and ECO connection program support.
- Preliminary advice on subdivisions, developments, and asset protection.
- Interpretation and communication of South East Water's policies and servicing guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Proven experience in face-to-face customer interactions, including handling complex queries with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first approach.
- Ability to provide clear advice on South East Water's policies, procedures, and development guidelines.
- Understanding of the land and property development industry and its role within the community.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.

This is a part-time position offering approximately 25 hours per week. Our ideal working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, however we're happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate. This is a 12 month maximum term opportunity.
