
Customer Service Advocate Opportunity

This is an exciting temporary role within a leading beverage industry supply chain and logistics provider. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for external customers, business partners, and general inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service support via inbound calls
- Manage inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support in creating and updating customer orders
- Report on missed or delayed deliveries
- Prepare regular weekly reports
- Liaise with internal transport and warehouse teams to resolve queries and enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate load creations and time windows through communication with transport operators
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a logistics environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Data entry and administration experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with geographical locations within Australia is beneficial
