Healthcare Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk at Healthscope. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient-centered customer service and support our clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centred customer service, including greeting all customers, handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records.
- Undertake general administration duties, including liaison with other areas of the hospital and arranging patient transport for discharge and inter-facility transfer.
- Manage patient electronic records, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements:
- Experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility/hospital.
- Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments.
- Good computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A track record of providing great service and customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
