We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at internetwork-expert.

The ideal candidate will have strong dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. They will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing general support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Assist customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, promotions, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline customer service operations

A successful candidate must possess a passion for wine and a desire to learn about our unique business model and products.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
