Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
