Job Opportunity: Food Service Professional">

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of food and beverage service, delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Provide excellent food and beverage service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.

  • Recognise and familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their specific needs.

  • Greet and seat guests, assist with enquiries and reservations, and offer guidance on menu offerings.

  • Maximise sales opportunities through suggestive selling and product knowledge.

  • Accurately take and repeat orders, input them into the point of sale system, and ensure clarity in dockets.

  • Collect meals from the kitchen promptly, check for accuracy and presentation, and deliver them to guests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by following regular cleaning schedules for service areas.

  • Operate in accordance with relevant laws and policies, and uphold all RSA standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred but not essential.

  • A valid RSA certification.

  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

  • A strong service focus with attention to detail and clear communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
