- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
