At Naked Wines, we are on a mission to change the world, one glass at a time. We seek a passionate and driven individual to join our team in the consumer goods industry.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of being made permanent. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
  • Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and policies

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations.

Additionally, you should be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, and be proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.

This role requires a passion for wine and a desire to learn about our unique business model and products.
