Customer Service Representative
About the Role:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night. You will also assist with picking and packing orders for delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by providing excellent customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Providing exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Having an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
- Being confident in safely driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
- Being active and able to lift groceries from the van to delivery points
- Being available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
