Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of order taking and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, take orders, and confirm them with kitchen staff
  • Cook and serve food, bus tables, and perform cleaning duties
  • Place takeaway orders, prepare bills, and process payments
  • Assist with prep work, side work, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in cooking and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills
Work Environment:

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, mornings, and weekends. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the Central Coast area.
