As a commercial professional in this role, you will shape the company's commercial positions and contract strategies, leading high-value contract negotiations and securing optimal terms and conditions across various contract types.

You will provide pre-contract commercial support, working closely with project teams to plan, manage, and execute contract negotiations, and provide ongoing support through the life of those contracts.

This position requires a highly skilled commercial and contract professional with extensive experience in pre-award contract negotiations, bringing in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and industry trends.

A strong understanding of various contract structures, risk allocation, and strategic procurement decisions is also essential.

Additionally, a good understanding of project development and financing processes, particularly in renewable energy but potentially broader infrastructure assets, is desirable.

The key to your success in this role will be your exceptional communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and your adept problem-solving abilities.
