  • Collaborate with Project Leads to provide guidance on key contract provisions
  • Assist in managing contractual risks and ensure adherence to contractual timeframes and mechanisms
  • Lead the preparation and submission of correspondence, notices and claims to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant experience in Construction, Utilities or a similar project-based environment
  • Experience with negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
