Key Contract Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Contract Advisor to join our in-house team, working on leading renewable energy projects. As a key member of the Commercial and Legal department, you will provide expert guidance on contractual provisions and assist in managing contractual risks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure contractual compliance on industry-leading renewable energy projects.
  • Provide detailed guidance on key contractual provisions and assist in managing contractual risks.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of correspondence, notices and claims to clients.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years relevant experience in Construction, Utilities, Energy or a similar project-based environment.
  • Proven expertise in upstream and downstream negotiations and contract administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High-level contract administration, negotiation and influencing skills.
